Clarion Collection Hotel Temperance

We are very experienced world travelers! This hotel was a 10/10! But where do we start? Everything was a 10/10 at this hotel. BEST friendly and helpful staff ever! We had the breakfast, Afternoon Tea and Dinner package with a 2 night stay. The front desk staff namely MAYA(The best most friendly) and the young gentleman were excellent. They took personal interest in helping us to explore the city. 10/10! THANK YOU! They even stored our luggage at the desk as bags were heavy. The food is like a 4 to 5 star hotel setup. The buffet is excellent and lovely. The dining room team (Special shout out to the Chef and Dining room staff FERN) is top notch and takes pride in showing a beautiful display. Staff is smiling and trying to go the extra mile for one's diet needs. We shared we dont eat pork and the cheff prepped a fish and a vege option for us each night. Words cannot explain how wonderful we felt. The afternoon "FIKA" is great with cakes, condiments and tea/coffee. Never before have we felt sooo at home! HUGE THANKS TO THE ENTIRE HOTEL TEAM! If we are ever back in Malmo... we will ONLY stay here! If you wish to eat out... plenty of choices just 3 mins away. Grocery store exactly opposite to hotel. Very convenient! EXCELLENT LOCATION close to all key spots to see. 8 mins walking from Central station. Just perfect!

My girlfriend and I had the most comfortable and cozy stay at the Clarion Temperance in Malmö. The atmosphere was relaxing from the get go: Although we were short for time when we arrived at the hotel, we got to enjoy the food without anyone rushing us. Both dinner and breakfast are amazing. The breakfast was definitely one of the best ones we've had in Sweden. Wide selection including chia pudding, varieties of milk (both plant-based and with diary) and fresh watermelon. We also appreciated the salads during dinner times: beans and feta, lentils and beetroot. The was never any shortage; everything was filled up right away, even when breakfast or dinner times were almost over. We enjoyed the sauna on two nights after it had been turned on specifically for us. We also used the gym, which comes with a treadmill and a cable tower, among other equipment. The staff was exceptionally friendly, always greeting us with a smile! To top this off, they were most welcoming even prior to our check out: On our journey back home, we had to stay in Malmö for another 8 hours. Because we loved the food, we decided to return for breakfast only after arriving at the central station very early. Although this was a week after out stay and we were not overnight guests at the hotel at that point anymore, we were immediately offered to leave our suitcases at the hotel and enjoy coffee and tee until the departure of our ferry. We were absolutely thrilled to stay here and look forward to coming back! (Which we will in December :))

I pretty much loved everything about my stay! Nice to have lovely Rituals shampoo/conditioner/shower gel provided, the staff was SO friendly and even let me check in early which was so appreciated, loved the chair and ottoman in the room with reading light to sit and relax in evening, and my absolute favorite was the quality of food and variety provided for both dinners and breakfast! I wasn’t sure what to expect as the reviews didn’t go into detail- so if you’re like me, this detailed account is for you! Breakfast had cold cuts, veggies, fruit, chia pudding, yogurt with all the fixings, bacon, sausage, eggs (scrambled & hard boiled), tons of fresh bread options, pancakes, juices, coffee, and even housemade ginger shots! Dinner had one main, and also soup (a corn chowder of sorts my first night, and italian veggie the second night), multiple salad options, more fresh bread, etc. They also had drinks available for purchase beyond the provided coffee, tea, and water. The location is also superb, for your convenience a grocery store is just across the road and it is not far from the central station. I’d highly recommend this place, so look no further, book it! :)

The staff were really nice and polite. It was very good value for my money- paid 65 quid for an evening meal and breakfast. Was visiting Copenhagen and stayed in Malmo the night I arrived and left the next day for sightseeing. The room, although smaller than the usual rooms I've stayed in, was very well designed and so I had everything I needed. They've got Rituals products in their bathroom, which is nice. It's not too far from the central station either- a 10-15 min walk. I think taking feedback from some folks here that rooms were very warm, they also have a standing far included in the room- I didn't have to use it though.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city centre, surrounded by all the restaurants, historical buildings, squares and parks. The central station is a 10 minute walk away. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel, great variety! Personally, I really enjoyed the Pannkakor with homemade whipped cream and jams. The whole property is very well decorated and feels cozy and welcoming. The staff was also really nice.
